01. Research

ESK Skincare is committed to using scientifically proven ingredients known for their innovative approach to skin health. Understanding the importance of building a social media presence that reflects this knowledge was imperative. Neublok focused on crafting a strategy that celebrated ESK's core ethos: evidence-based skincare that truly works, benefiting both the skin and boosting customer confidence.

02. Design & Development

To bring this vision to life, Neublok developed a variety of content pillars designed to engage and educate the audience. We introduced segments such as “Ask Dr. Ginni,” “3 Useful Facts,” and ingredient spotlights, ensuring that each piece of content empowered customers with valuable knowledge. Importantly, we provided educational tools, including image-based references for each ingredient, detailing what it is and its benefits. This approach fostered familiarity and anticipation, encouraging customers to feel confident in making informed decisions based on their own research.

03. Launch

The fresh social media strategy led to a significant increase in customer engagement, loyalty, and online sales. By positioning ESK Skincare as a leader in evidence-based skincare, we successfully solidified its reputation as a brand that not only delivers real results but also transforms the skincare journey for its customers.
